International Shipping

Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees may vary depending on the delivery country and address. We offer DHL International and DHL International Express services. The delivery time varies by the DHL Service, Destination country's DHL Service, and Customs clearance procedures. When customs clearance procedures are required and the customs clearance causes a delay, it can be delayed beyond our original delivery time.

• We target countries around the world where DHL shipping is available, excluding some countries.
• We usually ship within 1-2 weeks, and if it is not a public holiday, we try to start shipping quickly.
• Cancellation and refund cannot be requested after pickup is completed by DHL, our delivery company.
