6. Stay hydrated Drinking plenty of water is also important to maintain your skin's moisture balance, as it helps flush out waste from your body, which helps clear your skin.

7. Eat healthy foods Fatty and sugary foods can increase oil production. Instead, try eating fresh fruits, vegetables, and foods rich in omega-3s. Your skin will thank you.
